THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Mbugua Githere, of P.O. Box 72411, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya is registered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 818/Section VI mainland North, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 3988/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certific-ate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
