THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Clive Ian Barnsley, of P.O. Box 90442, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in fee simple of the piece of land known as L.R. No. 7526 (original No. 531/3) Section I mainland north situate within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District by virtue of a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 21746 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after expiry of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
