NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of:- Toyota Hiace Matatu, reg. No. KAM 016W, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at Motor World Centre, along Jogoo Road, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidentals costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner. GAzzrrE NOTICE No. 1026 LENNOX INVESTMENTS DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of deposited laundry from 14th January, 1997 through to 31st December, 2005, with Lennox Dry Cleaners, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said laundry currently lying at Lennox Dry Cleaners, Nairobi, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidentals costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
