TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 247 OF 2007 By (1) Evangeline Kauna Muchiri and (2) Milliam Nkatha Mungania, both of P.O. Box 40, Igoji, Mew Central District in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Muchiri Mboroga, late of Kiringa, Nkachie Location, who died there, on 14th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 493 OF 2007 By Patrick Mbaabu, of P.O. Box 2318, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bruno M'Mworia M'Mutea, late of Mwanganthia Location, who died on 18th May, 1991. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2008 By M'Rimberia M'Ikiara, of P.O. Box 211, Igoji, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ikiara M'Murithi alias M'Ikiara M'Murethi, late of Katheri Central, who died there on 20th December, 1994. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from, the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
