Box 679, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbwika Kamanza, late of Kikumbo Location, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Machakos in Kenya, on 24th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2008 By Onesmus Mbithi Mwova, of P.O. Box 7, Ikalaasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mwova Musyoka, late of Kamuthwa Location, who died at Kamuthwa Sub-location, on 29th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2008 By Lecho Muthamba Ngunga, of P.O. Box 11, Kola in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ngunga Mutisya, late of Katanga Location, who died at there on 22nd November, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
