Box 84430, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of land known as subdivision No. 93 section II mainland north within Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 1295/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
