Box 231, Nkubu, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas M'Ibere M'Itonga, late of Karlene Location, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2008 By Josphat Muriungi Murithi, of P.O. Box 67, Gaitu, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Murithi M'Ncore, late of Nduruma Location, who died at Cottolengo Hospital, on 14th May, 2007.
