TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 207 OF 2006 By Wheeler Daniel ,Musyimi, of P.O. Box 306, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Musyimi Kata, late of Mbooni Location, who died at Ngaa, Makueni, on 13th June, 1996, CAUSE NO. 510 OF 2007 By Joseph Musau Katiku, of P.O. Box 25, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administtation intestate to the estate of Katiku Mulwa, late of Mitaboni Location, v ho died at Ngiini, an 27th July, 1994. CAUSE No. 616 OF 2007 By (1) Joseph Masila Kimuya and (2) Onesmus Ndaka Kimuya, both of P.O. Box 12, Wamunyu, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimuya Muinde, who died at Wakaela Village, on 7th December, 1984. Box 96, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Musyoka, late of Mitaboni Location, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2006. CAUSE No. 748 OF 2007 By (1) Antony Muinde Musyoka and (2) John Mwanzia Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 45, Ndalani in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Munini Musyoka, late of Ndalani Location, who died at Ndalani Sub-location, on 22nd April, 2006. CAUSE No. 751 OF 2007 By (1) Julius Kaloki Mutisya and (2) Charles Muutu Kaloki, both of P.O. Box 1400, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phoebe Nduku Kaloki, late of Kangundo Location, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2006. CAUSE No. 767 OF 2007 By (1) Ndulu Mbalu, (2) Kakuvi Mbalu Nzunza and (3) Alice Mbalu,•all of P.O. Box 544-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widows and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbalu Nzunza Ndambo, late of Ngamba Location, who died at Nairobi, on 31st July, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
