THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bundi Mugambi, as the administrator of the estate of Susan Kanini Kflonzo (deceased), of P,O. Box 66158-00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of the piece of flat No. A4 erected on a piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/12572, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 76351/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration pf ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
