IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Value Added Tax Act, the Minister for Finance appoints- Beauttah Alukhave Siganga – Chairperson Mohamed Nazir Khan Edith Namlanda Ogolla John 0. Agaka (Prof.) Sylviah K. Oyugi to be members of the Western Region Value Added Tax Appeals Tribunal for a period of two (2) years with effect from 1st January, 2008. Dated the 25th January, 2008.
