TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been presented and filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Mwita Wilson Pall! Maroa, relating to the election of Gisuka Wilfred Machage, as the member of Parliament for Kuria Constituency in the Republic of Kenya in the Parliamentary elections that took place on 27th December, 2007. And further take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by you on application at the office of the Registrar/Deputy Registrar, High Court of Kenya, Nairobi, P.O. Box 30041, Nairobi.
