NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th October, 2007, duly executed and registered in the. Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 3, in Volume DI, Folio 208/4213, File No. MMVII, by our client, Lameck Mairura Onsarigo Omoke, of P.O. Box 280, Keroka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lamech Mairura Onsarigo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lamech Mairura Onsarigo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lameck Mairura Onsarigo Omoke, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lameck Mairura Onsarigo Omoke only.
