NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of Datsun pick-up 1200 reg. No. KAD 898J, engine No. 308647E, chassis No. GB 122-036894, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Ezzi Panel Beaters Limited, of P.O. Box 12550, Nakuru, upon payment of storage and incidental costs thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold by public auction by Saddabri Agencies (Auctioneers) without any further references to the owner and the proceedings of sale or part thereof will be used to defray the outstanding amount owing should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated time as herein stated above.
