NOTICE is given that the certain assets being part of the business of dry-cleaning owned by Cleanglow Commercial Cleaners Limited ("the transferor") on the premises situated on the ground floor at L.R. No. 1870/IX/117, Waumini House, Chiromo Road, Westlands and L.A. No. 209/8294/376, Oleshapara Road, Akiba, Nairobi and L.R. No. 8945/3, Karen Shopping Centre, Karen have been sold and transferred by the transferor to Whiterose Drycleaners Limited ("the transferee") who will carry on the business of dry-cleaning at the same place and premises under the name and style of Whiterose Drycleaners with effect from 30th November, 2007 ("the transfer date"). The address of transferor is P.O. Box 14126-00800, Nairobi, Kenya. The address of transferee is P.O. Box 42200-00100, Nairobi, Kenya, The transferee is not assuming nor does it intend to assume any debts or liabilities of the transferor incurred in connection with the business of the transferor up to and including the transfer date and the same shall be paid and discharged by the transferor and likewise all debts and liabilities owing and due to the transferor up to and including the transfer date shall be received by the transferor.
