TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2008 - By (1) Mary Ndila Mutunga and (2) Real Katanga, both of P.O. Box 30177, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Mutunga Ngila, late of Nairobi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) " days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
