GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 525

WHEREAS Kanyoro Muhungi (decesead), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kiambaa/Thimbigua/919, containing 0.45 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kiambu, in succession cause No. 104 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Samuel John Njenga Kanyora, (2) Samuel Thotho Kanyoro, (3) Peter Lucia Kanyoro and (4) Sospeter Mungai Kanyoro, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kanyoro Muhungi (decesead), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer. RL. 19 and RL, 7, and upon such registration the land title WHEREAS Ndwiga Johan (deceased), of Kanja, Kagaari North in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kagaari/Kanja/l218, containing 3.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas resident magistrate's court at Runyenjes, in succession cause No. 92 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Margaret Igandu Ndwiga, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Margaret Igandu Ndwiga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndwiga Johana (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
