WHEREAS Lawrence M. Mungai, of P.O. Box 10130-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the liquidator of Mid-Oil Africa Limited, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0419 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Machakos, registered under tide No. Machakos Municipality Block 1/628, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereaf, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
