TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been presented and filed in the High. Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Stanley Livongo Livondo, reladig to the election of Raila Amolo Odinga, as the member of Parliament for Langata Constituency in the Republic of Kenya in the Parliamentary elections that took place on 27th December, 2007. - And further take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by yott on application at the office of the Registrar/Deputy Rigietrar, High Court of Kenya, Central Registry, P.O.
