IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 125 (1) (b) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999, the Minister for Environment and Natural Resources appoints- ' DONALD KANIARU to be Chairman of the National Environment Tribunal, for a period of three (3) yews, with effect from 1st January, 2008. - - Dated the 21st December, 2007.
