NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Mercedes Benz, reg. No. KAD 260G and other interested party who stored the said vehicle, that the same shall be sold by public auction after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication without any further reference to the owner unless the storage charges and all incidentals are paid in full.
