NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Toyota AE100 reg. No. UAF 487E motor vehicle, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from the premises of Sonnet Auto Tune garage, situated at Eldoret, upon paymeht of all charges, repairs and storage, and •other costs within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to comply, the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction.
