the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

(Cap. 38)

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to all owners of uncollected goods which includes all movable properties, household and motor vehicle and furniture which has been lying on premises L.R. No. 416, Kariobangi Light Industries, since 31st December, 1997, that unless the said are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, the said goods shall be sold by public auction or private treaty to offset the outstanding amount owing should the owners fail to take delivery within the stipulated time as herein stated.
