TAKE NOTICE that an election petition has been presented and filed in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi by Dickson Daniel Karaba, relating to the election of John Ngata Kariuki, as the member of National Assembly for Kirinyaga Central Constituency in the Republic of Kenya in the Parliamentary elections that took place on 27th December, 2007. And further take notice that a true copy of the petition may be obtained by you on application at the office of the Registrar/Deputy. Registrar, High Court bf Kenya, Central Registry, P.O.
