NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 10th December, 2007, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Town Council of Mandera. Copies of the part development plan has been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Garissa, District Commissioner, Mandera East, Town Clerk, Town Council of Mandera and Chief's office, Township Location. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Garissa, District Commissioner, Mandera East, Town Clerk, Town Council of Mandera and. Chiefs office, Township Location, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 252-70100, Garissa, within sixty (60) days from the date of pithlication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grciunds on which it is made. GAZETTE NOTICE NO 343 KENYA SCHOOL OF LAW REGISTRATION AND COMMENCEMENT DATE OF THE ADVOCATES TRAINING PROGRAMME FOLLOWING consultation with the Executive Committee of the Council of Legal Education, it is notified-for general information that students admitted into the Advocates Training Programme for the 2008/2009 academic year may commence registering into the prognimme on 21st January until the 1st February, 2008.
