APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (2) (g) of the Investment Promotion Act, 2004, the Minister for Trade and Industry, appoints— William Sitati, Margery Ndwiga, to be members of the Kenya Investment Authority Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 31st December, 2007, and revokes the appointment* of Wanjohi Ndirangu and Lenny Kivuti.
