GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 189

WHEREAS Pauline Wanjiru Gikonyo, of P.O. Box 44, Mweiga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Laikipia/Nanyuki West Timau Block 2/274 (Matanya Marura), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate's court at Nanyuki, in civil suit No. 15 of 2006, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to James Munyoroki Mureithi, of P.O. Box 13004-00200, Nairobi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutation of transfer of the said piece of land in favour James Munyoroki Mureithi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration-of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said James Munyoroki Mureithi, and upon such registration. the land title deed issued earlier to the said Pauline Wanjiru Gikonyo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
