WHEREAS Stephen Gaciura Gathuchi (ID/0269064), of P.O. Box 1968, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehotd interest of that piece of-land containing 0.2452 hectare or thereabOuts, situate in the district of Embu, registered under title No. Embu/Municipality/530, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, t shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
