THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wachu Ranching (Directed Agricultural) Company Limited, of P.O. Box 46, Tarasaa in the Republic of Kenya, is regiitered proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as portion No. 13600, situate in Tana River, Lamu District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 21114, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
