REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1 ) Nahil Dave and (2). Reena Dave, of P.O. Box 14224-00800. Nairobi in thn Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees, of that fiat No. A2 erected on L.R. No. 1870/IV/198, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 89600/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objedion has been received within that period.
