THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Muktar Noor, (2) Adan Maalim Abdullahi, (3) Abdi Osman Mohamed and (4) Adow Yusuf Mohamed, as trustees for the Association of Islamic Relief and Propagation, of P.O. Box 455, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors lessees, of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 20869, situate in the Machakos Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 67600/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
