APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 (I) (b) of the Trade Disputes Act, the Minister for Labour and Human Resource Development, after consultation with the Central Organization of Trade Unions and the Federation of Kenya employers, re-appoints-- Ainea Wafula Okhoya, David K. Siele, Jimmy Kilonzo, as members of the Industrial Court, for a further period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st January, 2008. Dated the 4th January, 2008. N. W.
