The Kenya Local Authorities Superannuation Fund ("the Fund") was established with effect from 8th May, 1963. On 11th July, 2007, the Official Solicitor and Public Trustee applied for and obtained authorisation from the Pensions Regulator to wind-up the Fund under section 11 of the Pensions Act

NOTIFICATION

NOTiCE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following vehicles— Peugeot pick-up reg. No. KUQ 155, Nissan Bluebird, reg. No. KAB 164V, Tata, reg. No. KAH 068Q; BMW, reg. No. KAB 521E, Land Rover, reg. No. KPC 801, Mercedes Benz, reg. No. KYQ 440, to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of Jughead Motor Works Limited, of P.O. Box 1490-00502, off Wanyee Road, Dagoretd, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payments of repairs, storage and any other incidental charges and cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction and the sale proceeds defrayed against all accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owner's credit but should there be any shortfall, the owner should be liable thereafter.
