NOTICE is given pursuant to section 88 of the Water Act, 2002 and Legal Notice No 144 of 2007, of the laws of Kenya, that all disputes under the Water Act, 2002 shall be filed in and determined by the Water Appeal Board. Those disputes already filed in the High Court and Magistrates' Courts shall be transferred to the Water Appeals Board, of P.O. Box 44111-00100, Tel. 2724439, Fax 2724430, Hill Plaza, Ground Floor, Nairobi, next to Milimani Court, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.
