TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 728 OF 2007 By Simon Kioko Mbithi, of P.O. Box 43, Miu, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's Beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Munywoki Kainde, late of Miu Location, who died at Kikulumi, on 5th November, 1999. CAUSE NO. 750 OF 2007 By Mbaika Mutende Nzeki, of P.O. Box 340, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Mutende Nzeki, late of Mungala Location, who died there on 28th December, 1994. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause he shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
