WHEREAS. Paul Kibor Kemboi (ID/5301541), of P.O. Box 450, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0706 hectare or thereabouts. situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under title No. Eldoret Municipality Block 14/333, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue:a new certificate of lease provided that no Objection has been received within that period.
