NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 557, in Volume D1, Folio 210/2037, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Allan Busisa Wagude, formerly known as Allan Omondi Ayoo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Allan Omondi Ayoo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Allan Busisa Wagude, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Allan Busisa Wagude only.
