NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 812, in Volume D1, Folio 948/3908, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Abdiaziz Ahmed Mohamed, formerly known as Abdiaziz Ali Mohamud, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdiaziz Ali Mohamud and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the Abdiaziz Ahmed Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdiaziz Ahmed Mohamed only.
