NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th June, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 595, in Volume D1, Folio 216/2079, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Bukuki Imara Okoyo, of P.O. Box 2150, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Christopher Okoyo Maxwell, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Christopher Okoyo Maxwell and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bukuki Imara Okoyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bukuki Imara Okoyo only.
