PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was completed on the 7th April, 2026. A copy of this plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Physical Planning Office, Department of Lands, Housing, Urban Areas and Physical Planning, County Government of Tana River Headquarters. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member, Department of Lands and Physical Planning, Agriculture, Livestock, Veterinary Services, Fisheries and Co-operative Development, County Government of Tana River and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
