THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nick Kimutai Cheruiyot, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Njoro/Ngata Block 1/8463, and whereas in the Environment and Land Court at Nakuru in Suit No. E61 of 2025, has issued order land be registered in the name of the petitioner (1) George Githua Mwangi and (2) Wangari Wa Ndutu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Nick Kimutai Cheruiyot, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to register (1) George Githua Mwangi and (2) Wangari Wa Ndutu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nick Kimutai Cheruiyot, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
