REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Donnie Shikuku Eshitemi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Kwale, known as Kwale/Diani Complex/273, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kakamega in Succession Cause No. 16 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Beatrice Nakhanu Shikuku, (2) Jacinta Wafubwa and (3) Mary Khaikwa Khamala, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Donnie Shikuku Eshitemi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and a issue land title deed to the said (1) Beatrice Nakhanu Shikuku, (2) Jacinta Wafubwa and (3) Mary Khaikwa Khamala, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Donnie Shikuku Eshitemi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
