THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sawe s/o arap Birech (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Kamobo/731, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E75 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Chepkirui Mibei, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Sawe s/o arap Birech (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said Mary Chepkirui Mibei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sawe s/o arap Birech (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
