THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndisya Kioko (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Makueni, known as Makindu/Kisingo/136, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Makindu in Succession Cause No. E102 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Angelah Yula Maweu and (2) Mutuku Ndisya Kioko, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndisya Kioko (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and issue a land title deed to (1) Angelah Yula Maweu and (2) Mutuku Ndisya Kioko and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndisya Kioko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
