THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Nyambura Samson Mungai (deceased), (2) Peter Mwangi Mungai (deceased), (3) Francis Muiruri Mungai (ID/10856118 and (4) Mwangi Samson Mungai (ID/0492831), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 6.07 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 18/Kirere/360, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed have failed, and whereas (1) Francis Muiruri Mungai (ID/10856118 and (2) Mwangi Samson Mungai (ID/0492831), have applied for a new land title as representatives and co-proprietors with (1) Nyambura Samson Mungai (2) Peter Mwangi Mungai ( both deceased), notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
