THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wanyaga Githinji alias Wanyaga d/o Githinji (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.34 acre or thereabouts, known as Kirimukuyu/Kiria/371, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in Succession Cause No. E401 of 2021, has issued grant of letters intestate to Albert Mathangani Muriuki, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) Catherine Wairimu Ng’ang’a and (2) Margaret Muringe Ndiritu, as the administrator and the beneficiaries being Albert Mathangani Muriuki (absolutely), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Rose Wanyaga Githinji alias Wanyaga d/o Githinji (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
