GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9739

WHEREAS (1) Jones Kasera Ochuka alias Kasera Ochuka and (2) Agai Ochuka (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/6844, and whereas in the Senior Pricnipal Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E700 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Elly Ouma Kasera, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Jones Kasera Ochuka alias Kasera Ochuka and (2) Agai Ochuka (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Jones Kasera Ochuka alias Kasera Ochuka and (2) Agai Ochuka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
