REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Oliech Okech, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that property, situate in Kisumu County, registered under title No. Kisumu/Konya/5725, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land provided that no objection has been received within that period.
