THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kea Katana Bongo, (2) Bahati Katana Bongo, (3) Riziki Katana Bongo, (4) Sidi Katana Bongo and (5) Mwenda Katana Bongo, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 2.12 and 1.22 hectares or thereabout, registered under title Nos. Kilifi/Mtondia/1113 and 1114, respectively, situate in the county of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
