REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Deepak Baboo Kanji Makwana and (2) Pankaj Baboo Kanji Makwana, as the administrators of the estate of Makwana Mridulla Kishor Kanji (deceased), of P.O. Box 1836–00606, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Flat No. 2B9 erected on piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/1256, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 108084/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease, issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
