REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Geoffrey Mungai Kubwa and (2) Esther Wachu Kubwa, both of P.O. Box 680053, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that Maisonette situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 93/1431 (Maisonette No1), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
